We believe in delivering exceptional experiences to our guests. However, if you’re unsatisfied with our services, we offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for bookings canceled within 7 days of the reservation date, provided the cancellation meets our refund eligibility criteria.
Refund Eligibility:
- Booking cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before check-in.
- Refunds apply only to reservations made directly through our website: https://newcommonhome.com/.
- Refund requests made after the check-in date will not be eligible.
- Refunds do not include transaction fees, taxes, or any special offers/promotional discounts.

- Include your booking confirmation details, reason for cancellation, and any supporting documents.
- Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days upon approval.
